Ingredients:-These crushed “Birdseye” chillies Capsicum frutescens, are a relative of the tabasco chile, and contain 175,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units). All chillies contain Capsaicin, - a potent compound that gives some chillies their fiery nature. 

Removing a chile's seeds and veins is the only way to reduce its heat. The caustic oils found in chiles cause an intense burning sensation, which can severely irritate skin and eyes. (Wash hands after handling, or wear gloves). They're a rich source of vitamins A and C, and a good source of folic acid, potassium and vitamin E.
