Onion Powder 100g

Ingredients: Onion Powder. Onion powder is a spice made from finely ground dehydrated onions, and is used for seasoning in cooking. Onion powder delivers the real flavour and aroma of onions, has a long shelf life, and needs no dicing or, of course, the tears! It isn't as pungent as fresh onions, but it's a great time-saver.

Powdered onion is perfect as a seasoning, a condiment, in chili, dry rubs, and to keep on hand when you are out of fresh onions. Substitute one tablespoon onion powder for every medium onion called for in a recipe. 1 teaspoon onion powder = 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes OR 1 teaspoon onion powder = 1/3 cup chopped onion. For onion salt, mix two parts onion powder to every part salt. No Preservatives.
